Extracurricular programs We offer volleyball, basketball, soccer, wrestling, golf, and track in the sports area. We have a strong intramural program. We have student officers and cheerleaders. The students may also choose to be involved with our academic team. School background Brockbank Junior was built in 1949-50. The school serves students in the Magna area from 5600 West to the county line on the West. From 3500 South on the south to I-80 on the north. We also have students from 8400 West to 3500 South. About 50% of our students ride buses to/from school. Students have access to computers for research in the media center. Brockbank is wired for computer networking and has at least one computer in every classroom. Student promotion Our students will attend Cyprus High School. We do not have a formal 9th grade promotion program. We do provide a 9th grade end-of-year activity.
