The Career and Technical Education Department provides support to a number of programs throughout the district. Some of these programs exist at sites away from students' home schools; other programs provide enrichment or training within the traditional school setting. These training programs contribute to students' academic knowledge, higher-order reasoning and problem-solving skills, work attitudes, general employability and citizenship skills.
