- Parent/Guardian must have student enrolled in school any time during the initial two-year term

Parent/Guardian may not be employed by the school for an average of more than six hours per week in a calendar month

Employee must be assigned at the school

Principal serves by assignment

- Senior High Schools:
6 Parent/Guardians, 4 Employees, Principal
- Junior High/Elementary Schools:
4 Parent/Guardians, 2 Employees, Principal
*Membership may be larger as long as parents exceed employees.
ELECTIONS
- Elections are held during Spring SEP or Parent Teacher Conferences
