Gold Cards

 

Granite School District’s Gold Cards for senior citizens are now available for the 2006-07 school year. The card entitles eligible seniors to enjoy free access to Granite District swimming pools and free admission to most school-sponsored activities, plays, musicals, performances, and athletic events. 

 

Gold Cards are available to seniors and Granite District retirees, 65 years and older, who live within the school district boundary. Events such as playoff or tournament games sponsored by the Utah High School Activities Association are not eligible for free admission. Card holders may enjoy free swimming during open plunge times at district high school pools except Oquirrh Park Fitness Center (Kearns High School) which is not operated by the district.

 

Eligible seniors may apply for a Gold Card online or print the form. Seniors may also pick up a Gold Card at the Granite Education Center, Public Relations Office, 2500 South State Street, Room B-228.
