The School/Student Achievement Plan (SSAP) is a comprehensive plan designed to improve student achievement. It involves analyzing the school’s performance overtime using multiple lines of evidence and setting specific, measurable goals for improvement.
The SSAP includes the LAND Trust Plan as well as many initiatives already in place in the school—such as Accreditation, Grants, Professional Development, Special Programs, alliances with networks, universities, business partners, etc.
Quality Teaching/Student Achievement (QTSA) funds are provided to each school to support the goals of the SSAP. These funds must be used to improve student achievement and improve teacher quality. Funds are allocated by the Community Council as a part of the SSAP. For more information on QTSA funds, click here.
