School motto "Soar With the Eagles" School background Robert Frost Elementary is located in West Valley City. It was built in 1970 to serve the growing population of the area. The school boundaries are 4100 South to 4700 South and 3200 West to 3800 West. Most students live within 1.5 miles and walk to school. The school has 24 teaching stations.
