Who will provide lunch in a new district?

Lunch is required to be served.  Granite has long had a central kitchen.  A new district will need to determine whether to continue with a central kitchen model (a widely accepted model in areas where schools are relatively close together) and build such a kitchen, or to retrofit individual schools for on-site food preparation.
