School background
Taylorsville High School “Home of the Warriors” is an academic high school, focused on college and career readiness. Taylorsville High School was built in1981 to serve the growing population of the Taylorsville area. We are located in the central part of Granite District.
The new Hartvigsen School is currently being built on the Taylorsville High School campus, with plans to open for the 2013-14 school year. Our shared campus will provide opportunities for students from both schools.

Computers and Technology Taylorsville High features seven computer labs and two mini labs for schoolwide technology use. Each classroom features a projection system and access to a multitude of educational materials using technology. Taylorsville maintains a regularly updated Twitter feed.
Academic Programs ACT administered to all 11th grade students, ACT prep courses, AVID, AP classes, Concurrent enrollment courses through SLCC, SUU, UVU, and Weber, credit recovery, and Honors classes.
