WELCOME TO

MILL HOLLOW

Granite School District’s Mill Hollow Outdoor Education Center

is a self-contained outdoor education community located

about 60 miles southeast of Salt Lake City in a secluded alpine

canyon on the south rim of the Uinta Mountains.

Granite School District students generally use the facility on

week days, with community groups (family reunions, church

or civic groups, retreats, workshops, etc.) using the Center

from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening.  Our season begins

in June and runs through September.  Although heavy snowfall

limits accessibility to the buildings during the winter months,

a 24 foot alpine yurt is available for small groups (up to 8) year round.

Use of any part of the Center is by reservation only.

Guests are encouraged to tour Mill Hollow and familiarize themselves

with the facility and surrounding environment.  A visit can be arranged

by calling our Salt Lake City office.

For additional information on available dates, to make your group

reservation,or to schedule a visit, please call our Salt Lake City office

Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
