Here in the Food Services Department, we try our best to provide meals for every student. Sometimes there are certain challenges that students have. Some of these challenges could revolve around food, such as certain food allergies. We try to accomodate for all but we need to know what your needs are. Below are the forms for special meal requests and milk allergy requests. If your child has any special needs that warrant one of these requests, please print and fill out one of these forms. You may fax, mail, or bring to form in to the address on the form.
