Those in attendance -
Victoria Thomas, Melissa Auger, Becky Baugh, Lara Lloyd, Tessa
Reinemer, Celia Cutler, Heather Martin and Kaylynn Nelson
- Community Council
met to discuss the allocation of Trust Land Funds for the
2007-2008 school year. Mrs. Thomas began the meeting by asking if
we would vote on using the money to fund a .5 FTE. A vote was
taken and the result was 5 -no, 2 -yes. The Community Council
then decided to use the money this year for Literacy and Numeracy
K-6.
- The budget was
discussed in great detail and the Community Council voted to
allocate the money as shown below:
Hourly Teacher -

Hourly Aides -
$6,324.00
Supplies -
$10,114.13
Textbooks -
$5,511.44
Periodicals -
$1,131.50
Field Trips -
$892.03
Total - $34,795.57 with
a carryover of $4,715.86
- QTSA - All money in
this fund ($23,075.00) was allocated to teacher job enlargement.
- Meeting was
adjourned. Next meeting will be held on Friday, November 30, 2007
at 1:45 in the faculty room. Anyone interested in attending is
