Date: Friday, February 15, 2008

Place: HR Driggs Multipurpose Room

Timeline: 8:00 - 8:40 Set-up (2nd-6th grades)

8:40 - 3:15 Open House

12:45 - 1:15 Judge Orientation

1:15 - 3:15 Judging of entries only 4th -6th grade

• Participants stay by project until 2 judges evaluate you (Snacks provided)
• NOTE: Exhibition participants may leave at any time from 1:15 – 4:00 pm
• 3:15 - 4:00 Removal of entries (earlier if all judging completed)

Place: HR Driggs Multipurpose Room

Time: 2:30 - 3:10 pm

Parents/family are welcome. Please come support your student– all participants receive awards! Participants receive a Ribbonor Medal and a Certificate of Achievement indicating GOOD, OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT, or SUPERIOR. The top 3 projects in 4th -6th grade are awarded BEST OF FAIR (BOF) and receive a trophy. All 5th and 6th grade BOF winners represent HR Driggs Elementary at the Granite School District’s (GSD) Science Fair on March 4th. The new format for the GSD Science Fair allows for 5th – 9th graders only. However, a non-judged exhibition showcase for the 4th grade BOF winners is scheduled for April 2nd (more info TBA).
