When my class and I walked into room 18, we all put our backpacks on the hangers. I checked to see if my needed things were there in my backpack. I had forgotten my planner! Oh no! I gathered my things and headed for my desk.

Everything was the same as I left it, and no one was absent. Mrs. Miller told us to get our privacy boards out for our heredity test. I finished right on time. I felt pretty good about my test. Suddenly, I noticed a paper on my desk. Guess what is was? It was the Roving Reporter paper! I had totally forgotten about it! I wrote down, “Heredity vocabulary test.”

Then, I did my self start. Tomorrow is the quiz! I hurriedly (but don’t get me wrong, I did it really good!) did my cursive.

Then, we went to the music section. I played the flute. We started by putting the instruments. A BIG group of girls played the flute. A handful of boys played the clarinet. Four boys played the saxophones. Samuel was the only one who played the trumpet. Isah is the only one who played the trombone. We learned a few notes, the flutists learned B, A, C, D, and another A.

RING! RING! My class headed out for recess. I and my friends did some more cheerleading, like a human pyramid. Pretty much all the boys played kickball. What do those boys always kick? Probably balls! That one’s for you Andrew!

When we got back, Mrs. Miller asked us to switch to reading. I panicked in my mind! WOAH, whoa! I looked in my bag once again for my planner.. It was there! Silly me! I didn’t look hard enough. I switched to reading then. We all went to the computer lab with a piece of paper and a pencil, better safe than sorry! We played around with the new Microsoft word update 2007. Mr. Carter gave a presentation op on the big screen. Then we tried it ourselves. Some of the cool stuff was; the word color. You could roll over the font color, and it would give us a sample. It made it a lot easier. The same thing happened with the page color. It was cool. When computer time was over, I was called from the office. I went to lunch for about an hour.

When I got back, it was reading. Apparently, we had more reading because of music. Mrs. Stott talked about the story, about Paul Revere. I was good. After that, we wrote our four square writing on a piece of paper. I wrote about dancing, my favorite sport. It looked good to me.

Next, we went to recess. My friends did gymnastics. We did cartwheels, flips, and front handsprings.
When my class went inside, we finished our pages in a biz town book. We packed up our belongings and lined up. Eastwood really rocks!
