When the bell rang everyone came and sat down I could tell it was going to be a great day at Eastwood. Some people came in turned in their cursive books. We studied our states and capitols and then went to reading.
In Mrs. Stott’s reading class we worked on our daily language until it was time to go to music.
In orchestra we came in and tuned our instruments. After that we worked in groups while some people got tapes. After she was done taping people she asked each group to play some of the exercises we had been working on. We went back to reading and had forty-five minutes of work time to read a story and to work on homework.
After reading was done we went out to recess for a well-earned break.
After recess ended we came in to math, got our timed tests and did them. After that Mrs. Miller assigned us an assignment on factor strings and exponents. We worked on that until lunch.
At lunch I had a sandwich. Everyone went out to lunch recess for a break. The bell rang all to soon. After that the kids came in, quickly got their stuff ready to go. When the kids heard the bell they gleefully skipped out of the building and went home.
