I love teaching. There is nothing in the world compared to the feeling of seeing the eyes of a student change when they finally get the "ah-ha" look, or when you know that you've just made that student's day by smiling at him/her and telling him/her you're glad to see them that day.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of teaching is the stimulation of learning and working with new technologies and students. I love working with computers and am passionate about educational technology. Whether it's Eagle Eye News, podcasting, iPod flash cards, or blogging, I'm always looking for new ways to incorporate technology into my teaching.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three daughters. I also have one cat, Sylvester, two Labradors, Stockton and Rockford, and a Shih Tzu, Dale. If I am not with my family or walking my dogs, I enjoy biking, reading, hiking, traveling, swimming, Utah Jazz games, and working on the computer.
