Kindergarten Registration
March 18th and 19th

It is time to register students for next year's kindergarten. Children are eligible if they will be five years old on or before September 1, 2008. Registration will be on March 18th and March 19th between the hours of 8:00 - 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 - 6:00 P.M. at the office. If you are on the kindergarten waiting list, come in and register at this time also.

The following are required for registration:

1. Registration Card - This form is available at the office. Please fill it out and return.

2. Birth Certificate - It is required by law that we see this.

3. Immunization Record - We will need your child's current immunization record. Any child who has not complied with the immunization requirements by the FIRST DAY of school will not be admitted until requirements are met.

4. Students Social Security Number
