4:00      Tammy Bodily calls meeting to order asks for recorder.

4:05      Janet discusses budgets. QTSA monies have been removed from next year’s budget due to state funding.  Trustland monies will go towards before and after school tutoring.  

4:20      Discussion on what DIBELS was and how it works.

4:30      Discussion on take home libraries.

4:35      Council reads over the proposed budget and signs the approval to go ahead with allocations.

4:45      Meeting adjourned until April 20th
