This year's major focus will be responsibility and task completion. Mastery of math facts, creative writing, and reading comprehension skills will be our goal. Our grading process will be identical to that of the 5th and 6th grade. Homework policies and expectations will also be a large part of the educational plan. As a team of 4, 5, and 6th grade teachers we are pleased to be the beginning step up theladder of your child's upper grade education.

Our curriculum this year will consists of mastery of math facts, creative writing, and reading comprehension skills. The Interconnections Integrated Units Program is an essential part of our studies. We will learn to compare and contrast Utah with the country of China. Utah Studies of history and cultures will taught by Ms. Lampson while Ms. Johnson will facilitate learning of Utah environment, geography, and geology of rocks.
