1. Read the rules for the category you would like to enter
2. Fill out an entry form and place it in a plastic cover attached to your entry
and a media release form
3. Include a description of why your entry represents "Beauty Is"
4. Get started RIGHT AWAY!
And last... Due Date is OCTOBER 27
we will be accepting entries from 8 to 10 am & 3:30-4:40 pm that day
