Reading & Language Arts
Open Court Reading is used in K-6. This basal series provides the reading components identified by Granite School District Literacy Framework including oral language, phonemic awareness, print awareness, decoding & spelling, comprehension, fluency, text appreciation and writing.
• Write Source and Write! programs use 6-Trait Writing to supplement our reading program.
• Accelerated Reader motivates students to do independent reading.
• Yearly Progress Pro (YPP), an internet based program, tracks student mastery of language arts and reading.

Math
• Our math series is Everyday Math.
• Mountain Math provides spiral review throughout the year.
• ADD Math provides problem-solving components.
• Yearly Progress Pro (YPP) and Accuity, internet based programs, track student mastery of math curriculum.

Interconnections
• Interconnections curriculum is taught K-6 and follows the Utah Core Curriculum of both science and social studies.
• Interconnections curriculum is enriched at our school with programs like Children’s Dance Theater, Science & Garden Clubs and numerous educational field trips.
