4th Grade Cub Award Requirements - Complete 13 of 18 goals.

1. Have 95% attendance - no more than eight absences.
2. Maintain 80% average in math.
3. Maintain 80% in spelling.
4. Maintain 80% in reading comprehension.
5. Maintain 80% in language.
6. Maintain good citizenship - no white slips.
7. Publish 5 original stories.
8. Pass 15 AR tests.
9. Complete Utah County report.
10. Complete animal report.
11. Participate willingly in music, art and P.E.
12. Make a model of the water cycle.
13. Identify characteristics of 3 rock types.
14. Pass multiplication facts to 10.
15. Give 1 oral presentation.
16. Score 24 or higher on YPP math.
17. Score 20 or higher on YPP language arts.
18. Read 118 words per minute on DIBELS fluency test.
