4th Grade Cub Award Requirements - Complete 12 of 17 goals.

1. Have 95% attendance - no more than eight absences.
2. Maintain 80% average in math.
3. Maintain 80% in spelling.
4. Maintain 80% in reading.
5. Maintain 80% in interconnections.
6. Maintain good citizenship - no white slips.
7. Publish 3 original stories.
8. Complete Utah County report.
9. Complete animal report.
10. Participate willingly in music, art and P.E.
11. Make a model of the water cycle.
12. Identify characteristics of 3 rock types.
13. Pass multiplication facts to 10.
14. Give 1 oral presentation.
15. Score 24 or higher on YPP math.
16. Score 20 or higher on YPP language arts.
17. Read 118 wpm on DIBELS fluency test.
