6th Grade Cub Award Requirements - Complete 15 items.

1. Have 98% attendance - no more than 3 absences.
2. Limit of 1 tardy per semester.
3. Maintain a "B" average.
4. Pass all CRT testing with a score of 80% or higher.
5. Earn no white slips all year.
6. Have no AC room referrals all year.
7. Score 20 or higher on YPP language arts.
8. Score 24 or higher on YPP math test.
9. Participate in science fair.
10. Read 150 words per minute on DIBELS fluency test.
11. Participate in the PTA Reflections contest.
12. Attend all 3 SEP conferences with your parents.
13. Participate in Cub Chorus.
14. Participate in Band or Orchestra.
15. Member of Service Learning Team for all year.
16. Complete Gold Level of Fitness Club.
17. Excellent participation in grade level program.
18. No missing assignments all year.
19. Complete weekly reading goals for Road to Success.
20. Member of Safety Patrol all year.
21. Overall excellent citizenship.
22. Complete all assigned book reports.
23. Participation in January Parent Night Festival.
