Where are you located?
Douglas T. Orchard Elementary is located in the center of subdivisions and rural areas. To the south, east and west, homes of many styles house the students and patrons of the area. To the north and northeast of the school, pasture and farmland creates a beautiful rural feel. We even have a tremendous view of the valley and downtown from the playground, making recesses even more pleasant.
The school boundaries are formed by 6400 West and 7200 West on the east and west, and by 3500 South and 4100 South on the north and south. (Click image for larger view.)
Directions:
From the freeway system: Take Highway 201( west from the SL area) to 7200 West. Turn south and follow 7200 West to 3800 South. Turn east (left) and follow the street to the school.
From Bangerter Highway: Take Bangerter Highway to either 3500 South or 4100 South. Turn west. Follow the street to 6400 West and turn (south from 3500 S or north from 4100 S). Continue to 3785 S and turn west. Follow the street to the school.
From 3500 South beginning west of the school: Take 3500 S. to 7200 W. Turn south (right). Continue to 3800 S. Turn east (left) and follow the street to the school.
From 3500 South beginning east of the school: Take 3500 S. to 6400 W. Turn south (left). Continue to 3785 S. Turn west (right) and follow the street to the school.
From 4100 South beginning west of the school: Take 4100 S. to 7200 W. Turn north (left). Continue to 3800 S. Turn east (right) and follow the street to the school.
From 4100 South beginning east of the school: Take 4100 S. to 6400 W. Turn north (right). Continue to 3785 S. Turn east (left) and follow the street to the school.
