I'm Kayla MacKay and I'm so excited to be named as the new principal of Rolling Meadows! I have heard wonderful things about the students, faculty, staff, parents and community, and I can hardly wait to get started!

I taught 2nd, 4th, and 6th grade in Davis District as well as one wonderful year at a Hutterite Colony in a two room school house in northern Montana. I was assistant principal of Granger, Hillsdale, and Stansbury Elementaries, and for the past two years I have been the principal of Arcadia Elementary in Taylorsville.

My husband Lorin and I are the parents of 6 children. We enjoy the outdoors all year long with camping, fishing, rock-crawling in Moab, and playing in the snow. I love flower gardening, reading, and baking. I look forward to many wonderful years at Rolling Meadows!
