Core Concepts
Third grade moves children from lower to upper grades; therefore, it is a transitional year where much is expected in all subject areas. Third grade introduces more concepts than any other grade 1-12.
Because we want to prepare students for life-long learning, we teach not only the core, but also thinking skills that help students deal with real life situations.
We love third graders and use a variety of approaches to learning, insuring success well as a year full of activities. Join us while we study such things as South America, Native Americans, the moon, and many other interesting subjects.
