Portland, Oregon and Dual Immersion

     I recently visited Portland, Oregon to observe the dual immersion programs that have been operating for more than twenty years.   This was a great opportunity to visit with teachers, principals, and students to ask questions about the program.  The program operates in a K—5 school and has over 500 students enrolled.
