School Background
Western Hills Elementary is located in Kearns. All students live within 1.5 miles and are able to walk to school. The school has 21 classrooms and 6 relocatable classrooms. Head Start, Preschool and Even Start are in relocatables.

Enrollment
Our elementary has approximately 560 students from Kindergarten through sixth grade. Head Start has approximately 20 students in the morning session and 20 students in the afternoon session.

Computers and Technology
The school has a computer lab with access to the internet and a 32 station writing lab. The lab uses YPP and CCC interactive software. Every teacher is given time to use the lab weekly.

Student Promotion
Students promoted from this school will attend Kearns Junior High and Kearns High Schools.
