One or two times a month the career center hosts a speaker who comes in at lunch to present information about their career and the training and expertise involved. Students bring their lunches and in an informal setting have the chance to learn and ask questions about careers they may be interested in.

Teachers can arrange to have speakers from fields related to their subject come in and present information about their career and the training involved. They help students to see the link between classes they are currently taking and jobs they may want to pursue.
