Valerie Havens - Teacher

Valerie Havens is in her 12th year of teaching. All 12 years have been at Cyprus High. Her current teaching assignment is geometry math lab, geometry, and Algebra 2 Honors. Valerie graduated from Utah State University in 1995 with a Bachelor degree. She has a level IV math license along with a computer science license. In 2004 Valerie earned her Masters of Science degree from University of Utah. Valerie grew up in Southeaster Utah on a farm. Her family grows pinto beans and wheat. She is the third child of four, two older sisters and a younger brother. Her hobbies are crafts, playing the piano, bike riding, and playing with her nieces and nephews.
