Doug Lind- Teacher

Doug Lind grew up in the Houston area amid the hubbub of the NASA space program. He has taught at Cyprus since 1995. Prior to teaching, Lind worked as a photographer for various newspapers and magazines across the country. Lind's work has been used by such prestigious publications as Sports Illustrated , Time , USA Today , The Los Angeles Times , and The Houston Post , as well as McDonalds Corporation and the Atlanta Braves. Lind received his Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree from Utah State University graduating suma cum lauda. In addition to teaching, Lind continues his work as a graphic artist/commercial photographer for various magazines and corporations in the intermountain west. With nearly two decades of experience as a commercial artist, illustrator, and photographer, Lind's distinctive artwork has garnered several awards and honors. Lind is married to Tammy Talley of Grants Pass, Oregon, and together they have five children, Douglas II, Lauren, Colin, Benjamin and Kathleen.
