1 - Update on crosswalks- new ones were painted last week

2 - Can we get a one-way drop off zone so parents don’t drop students off in the faculty parking lot and bus loading zone?
A plan is in the works currently to come up with a new way to have parents drop off students
that will not get in the way of the faculty parking lot or the bus zone. Also, PTA is going to get involved and be in the front of the school to remind parents they cannot park in the bus loading zone.
3 - Can swim team have tryouts earlier, not at midterms?
Individual teams have no say in when tryouts happen. The state mandates how many days before a season, you can begin and for swimming, it happens to be then. We cannot change this.
4 – Could we have class meetings on late start Mondays?
Students are not required to be here at that time on Monday mornings
5 - Can we get a gate for the faculty parking lot?
No. We will need to find someone to be there always and that is a lot of extra work that we don’t need to do. As long as everyone follows contract time, parking should never be an issue.
6 - Could X-Works tell students off limits areas for lunch?
Linda will speak with Barbara Fields on this issue. X-works is a great way for students to be reminded of what is going on around the school and where they should and should not be. Please show X-Works to your classes. Also, teachers can help in this issue and ask students to go where they need to be during lunch.
