12 October 2009

$:                    $9,691.19  - student monies (carried over) – new unknown
                        $9,660.60 – district monies (hardware only and should be released shortly)

Requests:

1. B. Gailey’s laptop batteries that were approved last year will be ordered as soon as the district funds are released.  The balance shown above is minus the $1949.40 that we agreed to supply last year.
2. T. Johnson requested 2 computers, 4 monitors w/headphones and some software for her jewelry class in the amount of $5,111.60.  The computers can come from the ones that were just replaced in the library.  We approved the hardware purchase only (video splitters and headphones) in the amount of approximately $850.  The rest was sent to Rep Council for their consideration.  We will wait to see what they approve before deciding on anything further on this request.
