Internships

Internships are integrating experiences integrating classroom learning with a productive structured work experience. Internships must be directly related to the goals and objectives of the Student Education Occupation Plan (SEOP). Students work for an employer for a semester learning about a particular industry or occupations.

Lori Kizer, the Work-based Learning Specialist, will coordinate the placement and work with the students throughout their internship.

Students must come and see Lori Kizer before 2nd semester begins (Jan. 22. 2006), to be able to participate in an intership during 2nd semester.
