Boys Basketball Performance and Attitude

CONTRACT

I, ________________________________, understand and acknowledge that if Coach Burnside keeps me on the Taylorsville High School Boys Basketball Team, I must abide by the following regulations:

1. I will show up to all practices, games, etc. dressed and ready to participate.
2. I will support all decisions made by the coaching staff and will not argue with them or try to change the decision.
3. I will work hard every practice/game in order to achieve my full potential and contribute to the team’s success.
4. I will maintain a positive attitude throughout the entire season.

I understand that by joining this team, I am not guaranteed any playing time or starting position. Should I violate any of these rules, I understand that I will forgo the privilege to be a part of the Taylorsville High School Boys Basketball Team.
