Ms. Phillips graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Business Education from Utah State University. She wanted some business experience before teaching so she moved to Portland, Oregon for two years to be an office manager. Next, she moved back to her home state of Idaho to work in sales. She continued that work of sales as she moved to Utah and managed several Foot Lockers throughout the state. During this time she graduated with her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Finally, she was ready to teach and joined us at Taylorsville for her first year of teaching! Her classes include: Computer Technology, Advertising, Retailing, Sports and Entertainment Marketing, Business Communications, Marketing, and Business Management. She is also involved in the DECA program. In her spare time Ms. Phillips enjoys playing golf, watching television, and playing with her two pugs Perci and Penigar.
