.Miss Ward came to Taylorsville High in 2003. She is an energetic teacher who can motivate her students with her own love for life and literature. Except for a short three month stint to Idaho, she has lived in Utah her whole life. She received her Bachelor’s degree in English and her teaching certificate from Westminister College. After teaching middle school for 5 years, she went back to school and received her Masters of Education degree from the University of Utah. She says that when she is not correcting sophomore essays she likes to run half marathons, participate in triathlons, travel and read good books. Miss Ward advises the sophomore class officers, is co-chairman of the accreditation committee and is the assistant swim coach.

 

chnology Specialist. He manages the school library, manages all technology in the building and teaches Televison Broadcasting. What students like best about him is his great sense of humor and his ability to make everyone feel important.
