Interior Design I (grades 10-12) – Semester (8180) This course uses design principles (color, line, form, texture, etc.), color schemes, floor plans and textures to create various design projects.

Advanced Interior Design (grades 11-12) - Year CC (8240) This course prepares students for careers related to interior design. Selection and coordination of materials and furnishings for the Home Building Project are an integral part of this course. Recommended Prerequisite: Interior Design I

(8180). Food and Nutrition I (grades 9-12) – Semester (8110) This course integrates the knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle principles with food preparation experiences.

Food and Nutrition II (grades 10-12) – Semester (8130) This course incorporates food science and nutrition principles with food preparation experiences. Students analyze food choices across the family life cycle. Recommended Prerequisite: Food and Nutrition I (8110).
