.Mr. Burnside came to Taylorsville High in 2006. His students apppreciate the way he pushes them to meet their potential while making the work seem like play. Mr. Burnside graduated from Westminister college with a Bachelors Degree in Physcial Education. He also has a Masterrs Degree from Utah State University in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation. Before coming to Taylorsville High he taught at Granite Highand served as the head basketball coach. He also coached golf, track, and football.

Mr. Burnside loves to ride horses and waterski. He says he lives to play and enjoy life. Taylorsville High is lucky to have Coach Burnside's experience and knowledge for our basketball team.
