.Mr. Oblad came to Taylorsville High in 1981. He is a well loved teacher who is admired for his patience and respect for every individual student. He really cares and he really shows it. He graduated form Highland High in Salt Lake City and then received a Bachelors Degree in Zoology with a Botany minor from Brigham Young University. He worked his way through college as a baker at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. He also received a Masters of Education Degree from the University of Utah. Before coming to Taylorsville High, Mr. Oblad worked at Cottonwood High. He also serves as a home hospital instructor for the school district.

 

chnology Specialist. He manages the school library, manages all technology in the building and teaches Televison Broadcasting. What students like best about him is his great sense of humor and his ability to make everyone feel important.
