.Mr. Holdaway came to Taylorsville High in 1999. He is an outstanding educator and legislator as well. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech and Hearing Science for the University of Utah. He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from BYU and has done post graduate work at Utah State University. Mr. Holdaway is the Resource and Special Education department chairman. He also works with the state board of education on UPASS standards and “No Child Left Behind” compliance. His outside interests include politics, outdoors activities, biking and hiking.
