Mr. Scott came to Taylorsville in 1992. His students say that he has a wealth of information and he is always willing to share it. He turns wood into beautiful furniture and students into talented craftsmen. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Education. He also has a Masters Degree for Brigham Young University in Technology Education and an Administrative Supervisory Certificate from Utah State University. He taught at Granger High and Cyprus High before coming to Taylorsville High.
Mr. Scott’s students build the cabinets for the Home Building classes. He is also the Skills USA advisor. He uses hie free time to do wood working, participate in outdoor sports, coach little league baseball, and spend time with his family.

chnology Specialist. He manages the school library, manages all technology in the building and teaches Televison Broadcasting. What students like best about him is his great sense of humor and his ability to make everyone feel important.
