Woodwork 1-2 (8310)
This is an introductory cabinetmaking course, which teaches basic construction techniques and the safe use of hand and power equipment. Woodworking materials, project design and finishes are emphasized.


Woodwork 3-4 (8320)
This course reviews the machine operations and safety learned in Woodwork 1-2 with additional instruction on industrial cabinet making processes. Students work on individual projects of intermediate difficulty. Prerequisite: Woodwork 1-2 (8310).


Cabinet Making & Millwork, Occupational (9320)
This is a vocational class for advanced students and those considering a career in cabinet making or related occupations. Instruction
includes mass production processes, furniture assembly, kitchen cabinets and commercial fixtures. Prerequisite: Woodwork 1-2
(8310).
