Favors
A favor is doing something for someone. Expressing gratitude to someone is saying you are thankful to them. Doing them a favor is showing you are thank ful.

A favor is important because it is supporting your thoughts and words with behavior. You show an interest in the relationship and a willingness to work on it, even if there are problems.
