Gratitude
Gratitude means being grateful for something someone did for you. This process of being thankful involves two steps. The first step is noticing what you are thankful to the other person for. The second step is telling the other person about what you have noticed.
Expressing your gratitude is important. If you do not recognize another person's efforts, the other person may stop putting energy into those efforts. Problems can begin.
Expressing your gratitude can accomplish things. When you thank a person, you give that person information about how to help you and others. You also give the person energy to continue the efforts.
You can get unexpected results from saying thank you. You may realize a way you can help others.
