new students - we are GLAD you are here! Here is
a little information that may be helpful...
- Proof
of address is required...you
can use a rental agreement, a new mortgage paper, or even a utility bill
- Bring your immunization
record - if you don't have a copy, contact your past school or the
Salt Lake County Health Department.
- If you do
not live with your natural parent(s), you must have a proof
of guardianship
- Plan several hours...
- You will receive your
schedule, locker number and also get your lunch number. FUN!
