Students will have daily classroom assignments.  If they do not finish them in class, they will be expected to finish during the next class session.  Note: As a general rule I do not routinely give homework assignments. Students have one week for each day missed to make up work.  Missed work must be turned in before missed tests are given. Missed tests will be scheduled with the teacher for make up before or after school.  It is the student’s responsibility to check with teacher after an absence for all missed assignments / tests.  All assignments are due on the due-date given in class.  Unless special arrangements have been made, late work will not receive full credit.

Behavior, participation, preparedness, tardies, and attendance determine citizenship.  The school-wide rules and tardy policy will be followed and enforced.  Excessive tardies and/or absences not only affect the citizenship mark, but also may affect student’s academic grade.  Tardies and absences can result in students missing vital class-student interaction, class participation, and essential information.
