    • Write to demonstrate understanding of an idea or concept.

Instructions

Working in a group, create a PowerPoint Presentation to persuade people to your belief about protecting Endangered Species from extinction.

  1. Include facts and opinions from the research that we have done on Eagles and DDT.
  2. Include other information from the research you have done on extinction.
  3. Use at least one organism that is in danger of becoming extinct to show how it would impact the food web in its ecosystem.
  4. Explain the history of the Endangered Species Act
  5. Present the pros and cons of this legislation as it relates to the rights, liberties, and responsibilities that the constitution gives us as citizens of the United States.
  6. Use quantitative data as evidence that backs up the opinions your present, as well as your personal opinions.
