Expectations and Procedures
Expectations: In this school we do not cause problems for ourselves or others.
Procedures:1. Be in your seat when the bell rings.
2. Listen and follow directions.
3. Raise your hand before speaking.
4. Be considerate of everyone and every thing.
5. Food, gum, and drink are not allowed in classrooms.
Consequences:
1. Warning.
2. Time out
3. Student, teacher conference.
4. Parent, student, teacher conference.
5. Office referral.
Hall Pass Policy
Hall passes will be issued for emergencies only. Classrooms are assigned one hall pass vest which students are required to wear while in the hall.
Make-up work Policy
It is the responsibility of the student to obtain any work missed due to an absence. It is also the responsibility of the student to make sure all finished work gets into his/her portfolio.
Student Materials
Students are expected to come to class prepared with a pen/pencil, paper, and a book for D.E.A.R time. Also, each students needs a folder to use as a portfolio. This will be left in the classroom. Textbooks will be left in the classroom.
Grading
100-93=A, 92-90=A-, 89-86=B+, 85-83=B, 82-80=B-, 79-76=C+, 75-73=C
72-70=C-, 69-66=D+, 65-63=D, 62-60=D-, 59 and below = F
