American Museum of Natural History "Ology" site has lessons, online interactives on all kinds of science. Some is more elemetary. Periodic Table This periodic table is great to show the history of the elements and their distribution in the universe.

Salt Lake District A great collection of resources done by SL District's science specialist. Virtual Frog Dissection Animated, interactive. Good for pre-dissection or kids who are squeamish.
