AP Human Geography for EJHS 9th Grade Students:

Human Geography - AP Credit from The College Board:
This course provides high school students with college-level credit if they pass the AP Exam in May. The AP Exam will cost each student who takes it about $84 (as of 2007). Brigham Young University and the University of Utah usually accepts this course if students pass the AP exam with a score of "3" or better (out of "5" possible).

Also, all students interested in taking the AP Human Geography course should purchase--and thoroughly read and study--the textbook: Human Geography: Culture, Society, and Space by H.J. de Blij and Alexander B. Mr. Brough's Two Practice AP Pre-Tests:
1st and 2nd Friday of April (after school). The AP Geography exam is usually given in the middle of May.
